Packaging.
Although my glass beads are very tough, some types are less robust. I do however package them all as delicate items just in case! The beads are all bagged and protected in bubble wrap, and sent in a protective padded Airkraft Jiffy Bag marked Fragile, Glass Please Handle With Care. Any beads damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded.
Returns Policy.
I offer a return if not delighted option for all of my beads & jewellery. Please contact me by email if on receipt you are unhappy in any way with your purchase. A refund will be given for items if they are returned to me in good condition within a reasonable time. This covers purchase price only, postal charges including return postage are not refundable.
I do not send out items on approval, I just do not have the resources for that. So please do make sure any item/s you are interested in are going to be suitable for you. Please do email any questions you might have if you are at all unsure.
Items damaged in transit.
Please inform me immediately on receipt of any item that has been damaged in the postal system. I offer a full refund or replacement on the return of any item that has been damaged in the post. Any damaged item must be returned promptly without delay and with the original packaging. I need this in order to make an insurance claim for damaged item/s. Your return postal charge will also be refunded and if a replacement item is sent out there will be no charge for this posting back to you.
However I have sent out thousands of my glass beads since 2004 and so far only 3 beads from a package with a set of 10 beads has ever been broken in transit. Going by the condition of the jiffy bag they were in, it looked like they had been crushed by something extremely heavy falling on the package. The broken beads were crushed and had come right through the inner and outer packaging with the impact. I was very surprised that only 3 from the set were broken. The customer was sent out a replacement set of beads and I made a successful claim to the Royal Mail for the damage.
